Rippon Lea Estate

Built in 1868, Rippon Lea Estate is a heritage-listed house and gardens tucked away in Melbourne’s south-eastern suburbs. We’ll be holding our ceremony on the central lawn with a view of the house and lake, followed by a reception in the ballroom and pool terrace, added to the original plan in the 1930s.

Rippon Lea Estate is accessible by car, train or tram. There’s unlimited parking available in the streets surrounding the estate. Coming by train, take the Sandringham line to Ripponlea station, 5 minutes walk from the venue. You can also take the 67 Carnegie tram to Coleridge St/Brighton Rd (#41) which is about 7 minutes walk away.
